Take your team on a guided run through the forests and nature surrounding Jungfrusund together with Jennifer Lundell – a certified running coach, Ekerö local and part of the Season team.

With extensive knowledge of the local area, Jennifer guides the group along some of Jungfrusund’s best running routes, with movement, nature and togetherness at the heart of the experience. It’s an easy way to break up the conference day, recharge and experience more of Jungfrusund together.

The run is tailored to the group’s level and preferences – from a relaxed pace with time to take in the surroundings to a more challenging session for those looking to raise their heart rate.
